Can you get my app approved for the Shopify App Store? +

We build to the review requirements from day one (HMAC, GDPR webhooks, OAuth, performance) and prepare the listing and review notes. We can't guarantee Shopify's decision, but every app we've submitted has cleared review, and we fix any reviewer feedback as part of the work.

What's the difference between a public and a custom app for me? +

A public app lists on the App Store and installs on any store, with Billing and full review. A custom (private) app is built for one store or Plus org, skips public review, and is faster to ship. We'll recommend which fits your goal in the first call.

Do I need Shopify Functions or are scripts fine? +

Shopify Scripts are deprecated for checkout. New discount, bundle and checkout logic should run as Shopify Functions, which we write in Rust or JavaScript. If you're on legacy scripts, we can port them over.

Why Remix instead of the older Node/Express template? +

Remix is Shopify's current official app framework. It handles the OAuth, session token and App Bridge plumbing cleanly and is what new docs and CLI scaffolding target, so you're not maintaining a stack Shopify has moved away from.

Can you take over an app another team started? +

Yes. We start with a short audit of the codebase, scopes and review status, tell you honestly what's salvageable, and either continue from there or rebuild the parts that are blocking you.
